iMed is pleased to announce our recent acquisition by i3 Verticals (NASDAQ: IIIV) on April 30, 2022.  Our official name has changed to i3Med (i3medsolutions.com) and we are now part of a strong i3 Verticals Healthcare division.

 

We are now joined together with some of our most valued industry partners that we have worked with over the years.  Our products and services will not only continue, but we have already begun working on next evolution industry solutions that will strengthen our product line.

 

Our staff, software solutions, services, etc. are remaining completely intact and the leadership team will continue with no changes.  In support of our operations, we now have a host of new resources that were not previously available to us.  We are stronger than ever before and have a new level of support and depth behind us.
